Hailing from a renowned region of high quality, award winning coffees. Grown at very high altitudes, the climate in the area is slightly cooler, allowing the coffee cherries to develop at a slower rate. This slower rate of growth allows more intense sugars and acids to develop, which is evident in the final cup. Sweet fruited, with a rich flavour & aroma, Pitalito is a real show-stopper featuring cupping notes of lemon, chocolate & cherry. Available in espresso roast.
